I live a great life and I am traveling around the world with very little focus and time on my diabetes and glucose level, since I do not have to. I’ve been a diabetic since 2000 and finally I have found a way to work with it rather than against it. With my diabetic diet, I have a balanced blood glucose level and as a bonus I get a great body! I have Type 1 diabetes and I only take long-acting insulin, one in the morning and one in the evening and it is just getting better and better.

What I say, explain and write on this page is all from my point of view and my own experience. I have no education, diploma or anything like it in this. What I do have is life experience as a Diabetic myself which in my opinion is the strongest influence of all, rather than a doctor that knows nothing about how it actually is to live with Diabetes.
